Business Ethics: Managing Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability in the Age of Globalization (Crane & Matten)

Today I want to share with you a book that I used a lot during my Master degree, to be more specifically during my (favourite) course Marketing & Society. The book is called Business Ethics, by Andrew Crane and Dirk Matten.
This book provides the reader with an overview of today’s business ethics concepts, tools and theories.  It focuses on three major topics: corporate citizenship, globalization and sustainability.
It contains numerous cases presenting ethical dilemmas faced by large multinational corporations, such as Nestle, Coca Cola, McDonalds, and BP. Other cases examine systems like fair trade or organizations such as Greenpeace.
It is an extremely user friendly book, which I consider to be the best option for any student taking business ethics, CSR, or sustainability courses, or for any professional wanting to know more about the basic concepts regarding this topics.
The third edition is available in any bookstore (e.g. Amazon.com or Amazon.de) for about US$28/€ 33.
